Qwik users can upload their property by tapping on the ‘Add New Property’ Button in the top right corner of the home page!
When uploading a property, you will have the ability to not only send the property out to your personal preferred buyers list, but also to all Qwik Buyers. Buyers that match your property criteria will receive multiple notifications and if interested will get in touch with you!
After creating a Buyer profile on the Qwik App, you can search properties with the ‘Nearby Opportunities’, ‘Top Projected ROI’, and ‘My Buy Box’ filter section of the home screen!
